Att. Ruşen Ali Nergiz was born in 1980 and graduated from Ankara University Law Faculty in 2002. Following admission to the İstanbul Bar Association, Att. Ruşen
Ali Nergiz founded Nergiz Law Firm in 2007. His main practice areas are as follows: Commercial Law, Construction Law, Real Estate Law, Public Procurement Law, Energy Law, Law on Associations and Foundations and Commercial based Criminal Law. Att. Ruşen Ali Nergiz is also a trademark attorney registered in the Turkish Patent and Trademark Registry. His foreign language is English. He is a member of board of directors of Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları A.Ş. and also a member of congress in Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü. He is married with one child.

Att. Fırat Cebeci was born in 1982 and graduated from Ankara University Law Faculty in 2008. He started practicing law upon admission to the
İstanbul Bar Association in 2011. As the managing partner of Nergiz Law Firm, Att. Fırat Cebeci, provides legal assistance to our clients in the areas in relation to employment law, social security law, law of contracts, medical law, tax law, customs law and administration law. His foreign language is English.

Att. Melih Kaya was born in 1999 and graduated from Kocaeli University Law Faculty in 2021. He started practicing law upon admission to the İstanbul Bar
Association in 2022. Att. Melih Kaya is currently practicing on Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Commercial Law and Criminal Law. His foreign language is English.
