Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law
We provide legal services for collection of receivables arising from civil law disputes in accordance with the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and following up and finalizing the lawsuit cases in relation thereto. We also render services for following up and finalizing large quantities of enforcement files from the very beginning to the collection phase.

Employment Law
Our law firm represents both employees and employers in the employment lawsuits, especially lawsuits for collection of labor receivables and reinstatement lawsuits. We also give consultancy for drafting collective employment agreements, handling collective bargaining negotiations and union practices.

Real Estate and Construction Law
We provide consultancy services for areas in relation to real estate law and dispute resolution as well. In this respect, we file lawsuits for redetermination and adaptation of the lease amount, collection of lease receivables, evacuation of the leased property, annulment of title deed and rectification of improper registry and carry out all necessary transactions before the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre. In addition, we provide legal assistance for drafting construction agreements in consideration of ownership share and represent clients in the disputes arising from agreements and urban re-generation processes.

Administration and Tax Law
We provide legal assistance on behalf of real and legal persons against the regulatory decisions obtained, the transactions conducted, and the actions performed by the administration for annulment thereof and bringing full remedy action before the Administrative Courts. We render consultancy and litigation services to the companies in the energy sector for their claims against the Energy Market Regulatory Authority the disputes before the Administrative and Tax Courts. We also provide consultancy and litigation services for filing applications before the customs authority and lawsuits before the Tax Courts, all legal actions to be taken before the relevant administrative authority for public tenders, Public Procurement Agency, Administrative Courts, the Council of State.

Intellectual Property Law
We give consultancy for filing applications for trademark, patent, industrial design and utility model and registry thereof before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, musical pieces, literary and architectural works, computer software and copyright in relation to databases. We perform necessary actions as trademark/patent attorney as well.

Law on Associations and Foundations
We provide legal assistance for issuance of bylaws of associations and foundations at the time of establishment, registration of such bylaws upon court order or administrative decisions. We give legal assistance for convening of ordinary general assemblies of associations and foundations and delivery of notices, statements and declarations as well as giving consultancy for regular operations of associations and foundations following the date of establishment.
